Every item on our shelves has been personally reviewed by the Sparkkbeta team — if we wouldn't use it ourselves, it doesn't make the cut.
Why we're selective about what we sell
It would be easy to fill shelves with whatever is cheapest to source. We don't do that. The Sparkkbeta product range is small by design — we'd rather stock thirty items we believe in than three hundred we don't. Every product has been tested or personally evaluated by someone on our team. We know the specs, we know the common failure points, and we can give you an honest opinion rather than a sales script. If something doesn't meet the standard we'd hold a supplier to, it doesn't end up on our shelves — regardless of the margin.

We work with suppliers who have track records — not newcomers chasing the lowest price point. That means products that perform as described and replacements that are actually available if something goes wrong.

Stock availability and special orders
Our physical inventory reflects what's most commonly needed in Kisumu. If you're looking for something specific that we don't currently carry, ask us — we can often source it within a few days through our supplier network. We don't charge a premium for special orders, and we'll be transparent if lead times are longer than usual. One honest caveat: we can't always guarantee availability for items that depend on national import schedules, but we'll tell you that upfront rather than keep you waiting without explanation.
