Scheduling with Sparkkbeta takes minutes, and we honour every booking with punctuality and preparation.
How our appointment system works
Call us on +254 712 345678, send a WhatsApp, or drop in to the shop on Oginga Odinga Street to pick a date and time. We maintain a live schedule so you'll know immediately whether your preferred slot is available. We ask for a name and a contact number — nothing more. On the day, we send a quick reminder so neither side is caught off guard. If our team is running behind for any reason, we'll call you before the appointment time, not after. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, and it's what Kisumu customers have come to expect from us.

On-time arrivals
We track our schedule closely and treat your time with the same respect we'd want ours treated. If we're ever delayed, you hear from us first — always before the appointment, never after.
Clear pre-visit briefing
Before we arrive, we confirm what we'll be doing and what — if anything — you need to have ready. No vague instructions, no unexpected prep work on your end.
Direct follow-up
After the appointment, you can reach the same person who handled your booking if you have questions. We don't redirect you to a general line or an email queue.
Common questions about booking
How far in advance should I book?
For most appointments, 24 to 48 hours' notice is enough. During busy periods — particularly around month-end — we recommend booking three to four days ahead to guarantee your preferred time slot.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know as early as you can — ideally the day before — and we'll move your appointment at no charge. We understand that plans change, and we'd rather rebook than lose you as a customer.
Do you do home visits?
For service appointments, yes — we cover Kisumu and close surrounding areas. Product appointments and consultations can also be done in-store if that's easier for you.
What if I'm not happy with the outcome?
Tell us directly. We'd rather hear it from you than find out you left dissatisfied. In most cases we can revisit the issue within a day or two, and we'll always be upfront if we think an alternative solution is more appropriate.
